He teaches at both the university and basic education levels. He holds a PhD in Social History from Fluminense Federal University (UFF, 2013), an MA in History from the same institution (2006), and a BA in History from Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ, 2003).
He is a member of the Center for Contemporary Studies (NEC/UFF).
